Do you need access to my seller account?
,We require limited access to your seller account for the quickest processing. However we can also arrange for emailed information back and forth. We are happy to do what ever makes you, the customer, the happiest.
what is the sales tax rate?
Virginias Sales Tax Rate is 5.3%
Are there Storage Fees?
No storage fees are charged for the first month while you are acquiring items for a shipment. However after items have been in waiting for a month they will be assessed a charge of $1.00 per cubic square foot of space, with a minimum of 1 square foot of cubic space.
What supplies are included?
There are 3 tiers of service for your items, please see our Services page for details.
Will you accept in person deliveries for Retail arbitrage?
Yes if you live nearby we would love you to stop by and drop off items, please call ahead of time so we can meet you.
is there a sign up or joining fee?
No.
Is there a minimum number of units that must be included in each shipment?
No. We send in each shipment when you want it to be sent in 1 item or 1000 items.
Do you accept pallets?
At this time we require you to set up a special request to process palettes, Please contact us about your palette needs.
Our Commitment to the Environment
One of the chief complaints of many Amazon buyers is the amount of packaging Amazon requires and how much of it is bad for our environment. At East Coast FBA Prep we have decided to make a commitment to the 3 R's (reduce, reuse and recycle) where ever possible. We are investigating affordable ways to utilize recycled packing tape, reused or recycled clean boxes, post consumer waste recycled poly bags and products made with non-petroleum alternatives (such as wheat chafe and corn stalks to make plastic). Our ultimate goal is to become a profitable, well respected Amazon prep center with a zero percent carbon foot print. |
Does this cost me more?
The quick answer is no. We have decided that this is our goal and have hopes that the investment we make in our environment will be worth the reduction in profit, and with the advances in alternative energy and plastics it is not an undo burden.
What is a carbon foot print?

Yes it is. Many business have begun to reduce their carbon foot print. Additionally there are some (such as Fat Tire Beer) who have done amazing things to bring their carbon foot print down amazingly and still make a good profit.
